We offer same-day delivery in Karachi for orders placed before 2 PM. For Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi delivery takes 2-3 business days. Other cities take 3-5 business days.
Yes! We deliver across all of Pakistan. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide — no upfront payment required.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Delivery is free on all orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat fee of Rs. 200 (Karachi) or Rs. 300-500 (other cities) applies.

We use premium quality latex and foil balloons, LED lights, and luxury packaging materials. Quality is our top priority for every order.
For standard orders in Karachi, same-day is possible. For events, large installations, and orders outside Karachi, we recommend ordering at least 3-5 days in advance.
Yes! Our team provides full on-site styling for events in Karachi. This includes setup, styling, and takedown. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your event.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, bank transfers, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. No upfront payment is required for COD orders.
Yes, we offer dedicated corporate packages for employee appreciation, client gifting, brand events, and office celebrations. Contact us for volume pricing.
We do not accept returns unless the item arrives wrong or damaged. If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged during delivery, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
In the rare event of damage during delivery, please send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
